Is listing really free?+
Yes. The proposed pilot model has no upfront listing fee. Fan Love earns a clearly disclosed success fee only when an item sells.
Can I sell anything?+
The pilot focuses on apparel, footwear, bags, accessories, props and creator memorabilia. Items must be owned by you, legal to sell and accurately described. Restricted, unsafe, counterfeit or borrowed goods are prohibited.
Does my shared link prove authenticity?+
It proves that the exact listing was shared from your social presence. It does not by itself prove product authenticity or legal ownership; creator declarations and additional checks apply.
How does bidding work?+
You choose a starting bid, reserve and auction duration. Fans place bids through the listing page. The highest valid bid wins, subject to payment verification and auction rules.
Where is buyer money held?+
A licensed marketplace payment partner will collect payment and manage settlement. Fan Love will not hold buyer money in an ordinary company account.
Can I make unlimited money?+
You can list repeatedly and there is no platform-set income ceiling, but earnings depend on audience demand, winning bids, fulfilment and applicable fees. We never guarantee income.
