Fan Love currently provides an early-access information and creator-application service only. The Site does not accept listings, bids, orders or payments and does not arrange shipping or payouts.

Early-access applications
An application is an expression of interest only. It does not create a seller account, employment, agency, partnership, listing, auction, sale or payment obligation. Fan Love may accept or decline applications and may suspend or discontinue the programme.
Future services
If marketplace transactions are introduced, additional terms covering listings, bidding, payments, fees, shipping, returns, disputes and payouts will be presented for acceptance before those services may be used. No future feature is promised by the present Site.
Applicable rights
These policies are subject to applicable Indian law. Nothing in them excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
