Acceptance and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a contract in India and authorised to provide all submitted information. By accessing the Site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Nature of the service

The Site provides information about a proposed creator-to-fan marketplace and accepts non-binding early-access applications. Fan Love may accept, decline, pause or close applications. Applying does not guarantee selection, onboarding, reach, bids, sales, earnings, employment, agency, partnership or any other commercial relationship.

User submissions

You confirm that information you submit is accurate, current, belongs to you and does not impersonate or infringe another person. You authorise Fan Love to use it to assess your application, operate the early-access programme and contact you according to your choices.

Prohibited conduct

• Do not submit false identities, stolen contact details, unlawful content or malware.
• Do not scrape, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the Site.
• Do not misuse Fan Love branding or falsely claim approval, affiliation or selection.
• Do not submit information about a person under 18.
• Do not attempt to collect bids, payments or deposits by representing that Fan Love has approved a transaction.

No transactions

The Site does not currently enable listings, auctions, bids, purchases, payments, delivery, returns or payouts. Illustrative prices, bids and earnings are examples only and are not offers capable of acceptance.

Intellectual property

The Fan Love name, interface, text, graphics and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the Site in accordance with these Terms.

Availability and changes

The Site is provided on an “as available” basis. Fan Love may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it. Updated Terms take effect when posted, subject to any notice required by law.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Fan Love does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or suitable for a particular purpose. Information may contain errors and should not be treated as professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fan Love is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use or reliance on the Site. Nothing limits liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnity

You are responsible for losses, claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, infringement of third-party rights, impersonation, fraud or material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Users should first use the Grievance process for resolution. Access to courts, consumer commissions or other statutory authorities remains available where applicable.
