Creator Participation Policy
This Policy governs creator applications and information submitted to Fan Love.
Fan Love currently provides an early-access information and creator-application service only. The Site does not accept listings, bids, orders or payments and does not arrange shipping or payouts.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract.
- Applicants must submit their own information and control any social account they identify.
- Applications must be accurate, complete and not misleading.
- Fan Love may request reasonable verification before granting access to any future service.
Proposed items
Applicants may describe only items they own or are authorised to sell. Proposed items must not be stolen, borrowed, rented, financed, recalled, counterfeit, unsafe, unlawful, subject to a lien or restricted from resale by contract.
Accuracy and authenticity
- Describe brand, size, condition, alterations and material defects accurately.
- Do not claim that an item is authenticated, genuine or original without reliable evidence.
- Do not imply that creator association proves ownership or brand authenticity.
- Do not submit photographs, trademarks, music or other content without the necessary rights.
Fair dealing
- Do not make false claims about ownership, authenticity, value, scarcity or earning potential.
- Do not impersonate another creator or submit another person’s contact details without authority.
- Do not manipulate applications, referrals, audience figures or expressions of interest.
- Disclose material restrictions on the resale of gifted, sponsored or contract-controlled items.
Application review
Fan Love may verify, accept, decline, suspend or remove an application for safety, authenticity, legal, operational or commercial reasons. No explanation or onboarding is guaranteed, subject to applicable law.
Submitted content
Applicants retain ownership of submitted content and grant Fan Love a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, review and use it for application assessment and early-access communication. Fan Love will not publicly publish an applicant’s content without separate permission.
No seller relationship
An early-access application does not appoint the applicant as a seller, employee, agent, partner or representative of Fan Love and does not authorise the applicant to accept bids or payments through the Site.
