Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how Fan Love collects, uses, stores and shares personal data through the Site.
Fan Love currently provides an early-access information and creator-application service only. The Site does not accept listings, bids, orders or payments and does not arrange shipping or payouts.
Personal data collected
- Application data, including name, city, Instagram handle and/or email, optional WhatsApp number, preferred contact method, follower range, proposed item categories and quantity, and consent choices.
- Usage data, including page views, session identifier, button and form interactions, calculator activity, referring page and campaign parameters.
- Technical and security data ordinarily processed by hosting infrastructure, such as IP address, browser/device information, request logs and security events.
- Communications, consent withdrawals and rights-request records.
Do not submit Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, passwords, identity documents or payment credentials through the early-access form.
Purposes of processing
- Assess applications and interest in the early-access programme.
- Contact applicants about selection, onboarding and service updates they requested.
- Measure Site performance, campaign effectiveness and product demand.
- Prevent abuse, protect the Site and diagnose technical problems.
- Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Fan Love does not sell personal data.
Consent and withdrawal
Where processing is based on consent, the form requests a clear affirmative choice for the stated purpose. Consent may be withdrawn through the Grievance process. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out or retention required by law.
Storage and service providers
Application and analytics records are stored using hosted infrastructure. Hosting, security and technical service providers may process limited data on Fan Love’s instructions and only for authorised purposes. Personal data submitted through an application is not publicly displayed.
Sharing
Personal data may be shared with contracted service providers, professional advisers, competent authorities where legally required, or a successor in a genuine merger, acquisition or restructuring subject to appropriate safeguards. It is not shared with prospective buyers through this early-access Site.
Retention
Early-access application data is retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction unless consent is withdrawn earlier or a longer period is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or dispute resolution. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised.
Security
Fan Love uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted administrative access, limited data fields, hosted storage and encrypted transmission. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
User rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing, correction, completion, updating or erasure of personal data, withdraw consent and raise a grievance. Requests may be submitted through the Grievance process. Fan Love may verify identity before acting on a request.
First-party analytics
The Site creates a random persistent visitor ID and a separate random ID for each visit. Fan Love records traffic source and campaign, general device category, viewport size, controls clicked, sections viewed, active time, scroll depth, repeat visits and application conversion for service measurement, security and improvement. These identifiers are pseudonymous and are not used for device fingerprinting, cross-site tracking or identifying a visitor who has not submitted personal information. A visitor may request deletion or object to continued tracking through the Grievance process, subject to applicable law.
Adults only
The Site is intended only for persons aged 18 or older. Fan Love does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If such data is identified, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.
Cross-border processing
Service providers may process data outside the user’s state or country, subject to applicable legal restrictions and reasonable contractual or technical safeguards.
Questions and complaints
Privacy questions, consent withdrawals and rights requests may be submitted through the Grievance process. Complaints may also be made to the competent authority where permitted by law.
