Sample listings, creator names, bid counts, prices, payouts, audience sizes, testimonials and graphics are illustrative unless expressly identified as real. They are not offers, bids, endorsements, valuations or completed transactions.
No income guarantee
Any reference to earning, income or an absence of earning limits describes a possible business model and is not a promise or guarantee. Results may be zero and would depend on demand, audience engagement, item condition, authenticity, fees, taxes, fulfilment, returns and disputes.
Creator association is not authentication
A link shared through a social account may indicate an association between that account and a page. It does not by itself prove ownership, authenticity, condition, origin, value or freedom from third-party rights.
No marketplace transaction
Fan Love does not currently act as a seller, auctioneer, payment collector, escrow service, courier or authenticator. No payment is accepted and no item may be purchased through the Site.
No professional advice
Information on the Site is general and is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, valuation, authenticity, fashion or financial advice. Users should obtain independent advice appropriate to their circumstances.
Third parties
Creators, social platforms, brands and other third parties are independent. Their names, marks or services may be referenced descriptively and do not imply sponsorship, approval or endorsement. External services are governed by their own terms.
Brand and rights-holder notice
The “Fan Love” name and related branding are used to identify this early-access service. Any person who believes that the name, branding or Site content infringes a trademark or other right may submit a detailed notice through the Grievance process, together with proof of ownership and the basis of the claim. Fan Love will promptly review good-faith notices and will remove, modify or suspend disputed material where a claim is substantiated or removal is otherwise legally required. Receiving or acting on a notice does not constitute an admission of infringement or liability.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this Disclaimer limits a liability, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
