Acceptable Use & Prohibited Items
These rules apply to all Site use, applications, proposed items and submitted content.
Fan Love currently provides an early-access information and creator-application service only. The Site does not accept listings, bids, orders or payments and does not arrange shipping or payouts.
Prohibited items
- Counterfeit, replica, fake or “first-copy” goods.
- Stolen, borrowed, rented, financed or disputed property.
- Alcohol, tobacco, nicotine products, vapes, narcotics and controlled substances.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives and dangerous materials.
- Medicines, supplements, medical devices and products making health claims.
- Opened cosmetics, used intimate apparel and hygiene-sensitive products.
- Human remains, bodily material, wildlife products and protected species.
- Government IDs, financial instruments, personal data, passwords, digital accounts and stolen information.
- Sexually explicit or exploitative material, including any content or item involving minors.
- Recalled, unsafe, illegal, sanctioned or unlawfully imported goods.
- Tickets, licences, subscriptions or digital goods whose transfer is prohibited.
Intellectual property
Do not submit content, photographs, logos, music, likenesses or goods that infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights. Brand names may be used truthfully to identify an item, without implying endorsement.
Gifts and sponsored items
A gifted or sponsored item may be proposed only if the creator owns it, resale is not restricted by contract or law, and relevant material connections are disclosed. Advertising content must carry any disclosure required by applicable rules.
Restricted categories
Luxury goods, high-value jewellery, electronics, unopened beauty products and signed collectibles may require additional evidence or may be refused. Acceptance of an early-access application does not approve any proposed item.
Prohibited conduct
- Hate, harassment, threats, obscenity or exploitation.
- Phishing, malware, scraping, automated abuse or unauthorised security testing.
- False reviews, fake scarcity, bid manipulation, collusion or payment solicitation.
- Publication of private addresses, phone numbers, financial data or identity documents.
- Impersonation or unauthorised use of the Fan Love name.
Enforcement and reporting
Fan Love may remove content, restrict access, preserve relevant records and notify affected parties or competent authorities where appropriate. Suspected counterfeit goods, stolen items, infringement, impersonation or safety concerns may be reported through the Grievance process.
